Product turnover and shipping times
All items are hand painted and made-to-order and thus cannot usually be delivered quickly. Items can take 2-6 weeks to be processed, made and delivered (for more accurate times please see each individual product info).
Custom and personalised orders
Calendars cannot be personalised, but are available in a few colours. Please see shop listings for different calendar options.
Care instructions
All products are not suitable for children under the age of 3. Please keep products away from direct sunlight as the sun can bleach the colour of the products over time. All items should further be kept away from candles and other open flames. Products sold by Lunar Celebrations are not toys and should be used under supervision and care of a responsible adult.
Gift wrapping and packaging
At the moment gift wrap is only available for Ramadan calendars, but you can choose to add a note to the package. Packaging is done with great care due to the fragile nature of the items.
Can I get a refund or exchange on a product?
Most products are non-refundable due to their handmade and made-to-order nature. Any items that are not custom made can be returned within 14 days for a full refund of the item price only (customers are responsible for bearing and shipping costs).
